Privacy

NetProbe is designed to collect less by default.

During a test, the service processes your IP address, network timing and approximate location so the requested diagnostics can work.
Local history
The latest 20 test results stay in your browser. They are not uploaded automatically.
Optional sharing
A result is sent to the server only after you request a share link. Full IP addresses are never included.
No tracking by default
The project does not include fingerprinting, advertising analytics or third-party trackers.
Data retention
Shared results expire automatically according to the server setting. Provider and server logs should use the shortest practical retention period.
